The Tale of the Lion King

A very affluent lion king in a far flung animal kingdom received a word that he is to be present on the nuptial of his friend, Bee king of the bee kingdom in the seventh mountain. The lion king knowing he has a prior commitment commanded his squire to attend in his stead. The squire prepared everything- water, food, horse, for his long journey. Few hours before his departure, a maidservant with a worn parchment in her hand came running towards him. It was a late communications from the chief steward of Bee king’s palace. Inscribed was an instruction that those who’ll attend the wedding have to bring with them five gold coins as a gift to the new couple. Penniless, the squire approached his master and handed him the letter for his consideration. Stingy as he was ever even with a small copper coin, he suddenly changed his mind and instructed his squire to attend no more. The five gold coins for the newlyweds was very big to be deducted from his thousands of gold coins he was hoarding.

May be around you is like the lion king…

We can end the story with...
When the day of the wedding arrived, the Bee King collected the wedding gifts from his friends - and in return gave back 500 gold coins in appreciation of their attendance"
Para may sense of a lesson learned. :)
Good story, though.
